Following the end of Active Nation Training at the Southampton Slope on Sunday mornings.
SASA will now start 2 hour training sessions on a fortnightly basis.
The price is £17.50 per session.
All attendees must be paid up members of SASA or the TSN reciprocal agreement.
Bookings close on the Saturday evening prior to the Sunday Session.
