We use our own SASA coaches for these sessions, giving us complete control over the programme.

We aim to spend time in EVERY session on both technical skills (drills) and pole work. We may not always use full gates but will set a course at each session using either full gates, stubbies or brushes, as the coaches feel will most benefit the group on the day.

The cost of each session is £22.

The sessions can accommodate a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 30 trainees.
